We started this family-owned company in 2016 to fill a need we saw in the real estate world. We wanted a simple, fast, and convenient way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land in a way that was 100% trustworthy with people committed to integrity at every step of the process. Fast-forward to five years and almost one-thousand real estate transactions later, and you’ll see us as we are today—focused on our mission to reform the real estate industry by serving others and surpassing expectations!
Here in rural Appalachia where we are headquartered, we marry timeless values of respect and honesty with modern technology to bring our customers a fulfilling selling experience where each person’s needs are understood and honored. The deal only goes through when everybody wins!
